The Tornado has landed!!!

Lorem ipsum

The Tornado has finally landed and we jsut can't keep our hands off it! As well as being available to buy now, we have also reviewed it:

"While grenades that just go "BANG!" work in small groups where everyone knows the rules and the honor system, even then it feels like a substitute. The name of the game is to get eliminated from being hit with a BB, and a fixed "kill radius" doesn't take into account use of cover and other random things associated with grenades. So the grenades should shoot BBs, preferably with good spread and range."

Boo!

Is Tighter Better? Do tightbore barrels increase the velocity of your gun?

FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCURACY

While many airsoft guns are fairly accurate out of the box already, there are always more demanding players out there with higher expectations. Having an upgraded AEG is part of the psychological grip you want over your opponents, but it's also more satisfying to shoot any weapon when the point of impact is where you intended.

The first thing to do before even touching the internals of the weapon is to choose good BBs and learn to shoot. Even a laser-like tackdriver won't be useful in the field if you shoot junk BBs through it, or if you never fired some shots at targets. Remember, practice for an airsoft game doesn't have to be boring bullseye-plinking from one position. Set up a practical range where you can and shoot big enough targets with your mind on the speed as well! However, that is not the subject of this test.

Interesting Invetions: The iGiveup - Handsfree Kit for Airsofters

If you think that grumpy is the new happy, and My Chemical Romance is never off the playlist on your iPod, then you might want to take note of this rather special bluetooth handsfree kit that has been installed into an airsoft gun. That's right, you can look like you're about to do yourself over while answering a call to you mother-in-law at the same time, with this imaginatively named iGiveup bluetooth headset. The speaker has been installed into the end of the barrel, with the grip holding the mic and the trigger functions as the call button. The guy who created this have also painted it white to make it more like an "i" product (I guess you would get less attention on the streets also). Check out the video below.

Ok, here comes the serious part:

Although it is a seriously cool invention and quite amusing, we do not necessarily condone making a bluetooth headset out of an airsoft gun nor pointing a gun (airsoft of not) at ones own head.

Berget 6 Report

Berget isn't just a game - it's an annual Airsoft event in the true meaning of the word. Despite having a large scenario game running for half a week, Berget 6 was also a chance for players from around Europe (and even around the entire world) to meet each other. With over 1200 participants mostly from Europe but also from remote distances such as Alaska and Israel, it is the largest and most global of its kind to our knowledge.

In this year's game, the theatre was an imaginary country called Liburania, which has been torn by a civil war since 2004. The SRP (Separatist Reform Party, yellow armband) troops are set against General Conrad's mercenaries (red armband), with the UN and NATO forces (light and dark blue armbands respectively) in the area to secure stability in a humanitarian intervention operation. As in an actual crisis, a number of civilians are also involved, as well as government officials and diplomats, and random criminals as well as organized gangsters.
